Returns
Returns are accepted on damaged and defective merchandise only, on claims made and received within 7 days of shipment arrival. Pending inspection, a refund or replacement will be issued. Claims can be emailed to info@sprucenola.com. Please provide a detailed description or the damage and supporting photographs.
Ordering
Customers are responsible for accurate measurements. Minimum order required for some items as specified. We recommend ordering 5-10% more than the actual square footage. However, we are not responsible for unopened and unused boxes of material. This is customary ordering procedure on most home specialty products.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard for payment. Payment by check is also accepted. Your order will be processed once the check clears.
Shipping Details
All our Free Shipping Items are ground shipping. For expedited shipping please call or email us to place your order. We strive to achieve prompt service, on time delivery, and customer satisfaction. We ship via major carriers. Some larger items require shipment by freight, as noted in the individual item description. In an effort to minimize lead times and environmental impact, many of our items are drop shipped directly from our distributors.
